Creating Models

A a model is always created in an available repository. A wizard can be used for creating models in the Enterprise edition.

Prerequisites

A connection to a repository needs to exist to be able to create a model.

Context

You can create a new model (using the wizard in the Enterprise edition) by clicking on Create a new model... on the start page.or in the application menu by clicking on Administrative Tasks>New.

How to proceed

Select Application Menu>Administrative Tasks>New.

The dialog box for new models appears and guides you through the process.
